Our Natural Color Blues can be used in a variety of ways but are generally used as an eyeliner and eyeshadow. We recommend using a darker shade as an eye liner or crease color and a lighter shade as an eyelid color or to highlight under your eyebrow. Safety Note: Due to FDA regulations our blue matte shades should not be used as a lip color or in the lip area.
